The members of our management team come from different, but complementary backgrounds. With a wealth of care experience in addition to aspects like logistics and planning, it was clear that there are improvements to be made in the sector which would benefit both the receivers and providers of care.. To that end, Daisy Homecare was created.

With a background in managing social sector service delivery, Dave brings a wealth of experience to Daisy Homecare.

His leadership skills are grounded in years of diverse experience, from running a successful electronics business to flying as a commercial pilot. Dave’s expertise spans marketing, administration, project management, IT, and customer service, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the agency. His passion for providing excellent care, combined with his strong managerial background, guarantees that Daisy Homecare delivers a high standard of service to all clients, prioritizing their wellbeing and dignity.

Dorothy

As the Registered Manager for Daisy Homecare, Dorothy brings her six years of experience as a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead our care team.

Passionate about delivering person-centred care, she ensures every client receives individualized, compassionate support. Dorothy is excited to step into a management role where she can apply her clinical expertise and leadership skills to help develop a business that prioritizes both staff wellbeing and client satisfaction. Her commitment to excellence makes her a vital asset in shaping the high-quality service that Daisy Homecare is proud to offer.

Tebogo is an experienced carer and team leader, a strong background working with a wide variety of individuals has equipped her to look at things from all perspectives.

Tebby firmly believes that care is more of a calling than an industry, but that doesn’t mean those providing services shouldn’t be fairly compensated for their time and expertise. Acknowledging that one size doesn’t fit all, Tebby wants to ensure that our solutions are flexible and fit each individual’s requirements.
