With a wealth of care experience in addition to aspects like logistics and planning, it was clear that there are improvements to be made in the sector which would benefit both the receivers and providers of care.. To that end, Daisy Homecare was created.

His leadership skills are grounded in years of diverse experience, from running a successful electronics business to flying as a commercial pilot. Dave’s expertise spans marketing, administration, project management, IT, and customer service, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the agency. His passion for providing excellent care, combined with his strong managerial background, guarantees that Daisy Homecare delivers a high standard of service to all clients, prioritizing their wellbeing and dignity.

As the Registered Manager for Daisy Homecare, Lee brings over a decade of experience in health and social care, with a proven track record in service management, compliance, and staff leadership.

He has successfully led large care teams, achieving outstanding compliance results and implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies that improved outcomes for service users. Skilled in safeguarding, budgeting, and multi-agency collaboration, Lee is committed to delivering person-centred care and building high-performing teams. His passion lies in enhancing quality of life for those he supports, while driving innovation and continuous improvement within services. At Daisy Homecare, Lee is dedicated to creating an exceptional, CQC-compliant care service.

Tebby firmly believes that care is more of a calling than an industry, but that doesn’t mean those providing services shouldn’t be fairly compensated for their time and expertise. Acknowledging that one size doesn’t fit all, Tebby wants to ensure that our solutions are flexible and fit each individual’s requirements.
