Daisy Homecare is led by two people, not a management layer. Between them, Dave and Tebby cover the two things that actually decide whether a care agency is any good: is it run properly, and are the people delivering care properly looked after themselves.
David Drury — Nominated Individual & Registered Manager
Dave leads Daisy Homecare’s day-to-day operations and holds overall responsibility for CQC compliance. His background spans social sector service delivery, running his own electronics business, and years as a commercial pilot, a mix that shows up in how the agency is run: methodical, safety-conscious, and genuinely hands-on rather than managed from a distance. His experience covers marketing, administration, project management, IT, and customer service, on top of the operational side of running a care agency.
Tebby — Staff Manager
Tebby leads on staff welfare, complaints, supervision, training, and rostering. She’s an experienced carer and team leader in her own right, and firmly believes care is a calling, not just an industry, while making sure the people delivering it are properly trained, supported, and fairly treated. Her approach starts from the fact that no two clients are the same, so care plans shouldn’t be either.
