Providing relief cover for designated personal carers

What we do for you

Being a designated carer is a hard job – the physically demanding aspects of care work with the added complications that come with it quite often being a family member and/or a loved one that you are providing care for. When you need a well-deserved break, we’ll be there

A safe pair of hands

When you’re caring for a loved one, it’s only natural to feel protective and concerned at the prospect of allowing someone else to take responsibility for even a short period.
We provide friendly, professional, and well-equipped individuals so that you know your loved one will receive the standard of care to which they are accustomed, and that they deserve. With a thorough screening process followed by a rigorous training programme, you can make time for some much-needed rest without those nagging feelings of anxiety or misplaced guilt. It is paramount that a designated carer gets sufficient time away from those caring responsibilities – not only for your own well-being but also to ensure you provide the highest possible standard of care to your loved ones when you are fulfilling the role. You can’t pour from an empty cup and you cannot provide the highest standards of support without caring for yourself.

Where does elderly care happen?

We believe that care should be as flexible as possible. Of course, care plans must be followed – but beyond that, we offer a completely bespoke package.
How long we take over for, how often, and who provides the care from our available staff – all completely down to our clients. We can come round for a couple of hours per week to help with things like shopping or getting a bit of fresh air, or we can move in for a few weeks and be available 24/7 for any and all issues or needs that may arise
