Our people and their motivations
The members of our management team come from different, but complementary, backgrounds. With a wealth of care experience in addition to aspects like logistics and planning, it was clear that there are improvements to be made in the sector which would benefit both the receivers and providers of care. To that end, Daisy Care Solutions was created.
David
David has worked in a variety of sectors during his career and was keen to apply his range of skills and experience to a role where he can help people.
A relative newcomer to the world of care, David brings an abundance of experience in organisation, logistics, and project management to the team.
David has undertaken a great deal of self-directed study and formal training in order to full understand what is required from and for all parties in a care arrangement and looks forward to learning continuously from his highly experienced co-directors.
Ade
Ade is a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in care.
Her experience has given Ade a comprehensive understanding of what does work and what needs work in care, and that was something that motivated the forming of a company to improve the experience of all those both providing and receiving services.
Tebby
Tebogo is an experienced carer and team leader; a strong background working with a wide variety of individuals has equipped her to look at things from all angles.
Tebby firmly believes that care is more of a calling than an industry, but that doesn't mean that those providing services shouldn't be fairly compensated for their time and expertise.
Acknowledging that one size doesn't fit all, Tebby wants to ensure that our solutions are flexible and fitted to the requirements of each individual.
