Care team leaders in and around Hampshire

Experienced staff to implement and coordinate care plans

What is a team leader in a care setting?

In care, team leaders are responsible for implementing care plans. They oversee multiple staff members working with a wide variety of clients, and their key role is to ensure smooth communication and thus a seamless, hassle-free experience for the end users.

As well as passing the usual screening process, our care team leaders tend to have even greater organisational skills and experience.

Being responsible for several other care workers and ensuring clear communication both within their team and with all clients, a thorough understanding of the services being provided and the care plans of each client is required.

These requirements mean that Team Leader roles are often filled by more experienced members of staff - either those with a great deal of care experience or those with experience in other industries and a variety of transferable skills - like management and logistics.

Responsible for the care plan

There is an important distinction to be made between writing and implementing a care plan.

Daisy Care Solutions' team leaders will be responsible for implementing and overseeing existing care plans written by your local authority.

This means ensuring that care plans are followed by all relevant parties to the letter, whilst also coordinating between care staff to provide a seamless, hassle-free experience for the service user.
