Matching service users to care staff
Care work always has a human connection at its heart, and as such one of the most important aspects of our role is matching the right clients with the right care staff.
Taking into account how the training and experience of the caregiver fits with client requirements along with any other guidance or preferences, we do our utmost to ensure that it's right the first time, which benefits all parties.
We also carry out regular check-ins with both client and carer to ensure the arrangement is working for everybody involved - sometimes situations change but we work with enough individuals on both sides of the arrangement that alternatives are readily available.
Dealing with the admin
Care is, quite rightly, a highly regulated industry with many hoops to jump through. It's for good reason but it can make it harder to focus on the work itself.
